TERMS OF SERVICE

All commission inquires must be sent to my email. Please send them to [email protected]
as a commissioner, you are fully agreeing that you've read through all of my terms and have agreed to them.
- The commission I do for you may be "yours" but I hold all rights to my artwork. I may use it for self promotion as well unless you wish to keep your commission private. let me know ahead of time if that is the case!- I require visual references only. please come organized and prepared when making a request. any written references will be declined.- I reserve the right to decline a commission for ANY reason.
- As a client, you are agreeing that your commission is for PERSONAL usage only (unless discussed otherwise.)- You may not alter/edit the work i've done for you or claim that you made it. you may print out your artwork as a poster or photocard ONLY.- Asking for updates/progress is OK! Within reason , I do not finish commissions within a week or day of. However, I try keeping all my clients updated on the ETA on WIPs or finished product.- You will not train your commission into artificial intelligence. if you are caught doing this, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
PAYMENT- ALL payment will be made through Ko-fi / Paypal only.
- Payment must be sent in full before I start your commission due to tax purposes. However, I am patient with payment and if you need a week or so, that's fine! But when the time comes, I only accept it in full. Please note until payment is given, I will not start your commission until then but your spot will be secured.
- No refunds. Once the process of discussing your commission is through and I have started drawing, there will be none issued back. All transactions are final. (The only acception for a refund is if I, for whatever reason cannot finish your commission.)PERSONAL VS COMMERCIAL USAGE- By default, all commission requests are personal usage only. If you wish to wish to work with me with self promotion purposes then +100% will be added onto the commission.
(For merch designing purposes, depending on the difficulty, designing; +500% and higher.)Commercial usage is the following:
- Advertising
- Streaming Assets
- Marketing
- Video Thumbnailing
*+ Merchandising
- Physical merch that will be sold for profit. (standees, charms , stickers, etc.)If you are looking for this and not personal usage, it is required we discuss it further via. DMs.Personal usage is the following:
- Wallpaper for desktop / mobile
- Icons / Banners / Headers for social media.
(*always give me credit!)
ADDITIONAL FEESExtras that may be added to your commission based off the following;- Additional Character(s), including pets / animals.
- Complex design
- Armor, Weapons , Props
- Backgrounds
- Difficult / Very complex poses
- Rush fee ( +$50 ontop of any commission base price. if multiple characters are in the image, it will be +$100 ontop of the base price. )PROCESS- Once you've sent in your request, I will get back to you on if I accepted your request or not. Normally responses are within 24 hours after you've sent in a request.
(Once I've accepted, payment will be done through Ko-fi.or a paypal invoice.)- CHECK IN #1: This will mainly be the sketch phase. This is the one time you can make big changes, different posing , etc.- CHECK IN #2: This will mainly be a cleaner look. It'll have the base colors as well, any big changes will result in a fee.- FINAL: Congrats! Your commission is completed ! You'll receive a watermarked version & a non watermarked version. If you'd like to share your artwork to social media, please use the watermark version, thank you!- - again, please note as I send WIPs, it's encouraged to be sure that everything I have in the sketch phases are to your liking. Posing and etc. also keep in mind, once your piece is finished there will be no changes. (however, if i messed up any colors or pattern designs, i will fix those up.)

PRICING
The prices listed are simply the base prices. Price is expected to change depending on your commission.

* Price may change based on the complexity of design / character. This goes for complex armor, specific details/patterns and such.** Each of these services have a simple background by default (just a gradient color and small designs.) If you'd like a background, the price will increase depending on what sort of background you are looking for.*** Expected turnaround varies depending on the service you purchased. as stated above however, i will always keep you updated and/or provide what the expected wait is before you purchase.
